When you engage Image Craft for branding of spaces, vehicle wraps, or interior murals, we collect various types of information including:
- Direct Identifiers: Name, professional email, phone numnber, and business billing addresses.
- Logistical Data: Site location for installations, stadium dimensions, and facility access requirements.
- Project Assets: Design files, logos, and architectural blueprints submitted for production.
- Digital Fingerprints: IP addresses and browser configurations used during quote requests.
2.0 Operational Utilization
Image Craft utilizes this data as the "blueprint" for our service delivery. This includes processing service invoices, coordinating the physical delivery of wide-format posters and banners, and communicating regarding installation schedules for murals and wall graphics.
We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal contact information to third-party marketing entities. Your data remains internal to Image Craft and necessary contractors involved in the physical fulfillment of your signage projects (such as shipping carriers or site inspectors).
